We offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• The item should be unused and in its original condition whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

FREE RETURNS WORLDWIDE

Adventure Dress Up proudly offers free returns on eligible orders worldwide.

Before returning any item, please contact our support team for return authorization and instructions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
• You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem

We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders must follow the return process outlined above.
